PRESCHOOL ( NURSERY, KINDER I & II)
1. Age Requirement for Preschool Levels:
NURSERY - at least 3 yrs old by August
KINDER 1 - 4 yrs old by Augus
KINDER 2 - 5 yrs old by September
2. Photocopy of Birth Certificate.
3. Two (2) copies of Recent 1x1 photo.
4. Alien Certificate of Registration ACR for foreign students.
GRADE SCHOOL ( GRADES 1-6 )
1. Photocopy of report card. ( Original copy must be presented for verification.)
2. Letter of recommendation from the principal or head of the school last attended by the applicant.
3. Photocopy of birth certificate.
4. Alien Certificate of Registration ACR or Special Study Permit (SSP) for foreign students.
JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL ( GRADES 7-10 )
1. Photocopy of report card. ( Original copy must be presented for verification. )
2. Letter of recommendation from the principal or head of the school last attended by the applicant.
3. Photocopy of birth certificate.
4. Alien Certificate of Registration ACR or Special Study Permit (SSP) for foreign students.
